6 new trainees strengthen our team
As of 01.09.2022, we were pleased to welcome six new trainees to our company. This year, the apprenticed professions precision mechanic, process mechanic, mechatronics technician, IT system management clerk as well as the dual course of studies in business administration/industry are represented.
Together with the current trainees and instructors, the group set off directly on the first day for a two-day excursion to the Kirchberg monastery. The day was prepared and carried out by our well-known HÖFER training team. The following day was marked by an exciting company tour at our customer AESCULAP. At the subsequent LASERTAGGEN, both trainees and trainers did great and had a lot of fun together.
The first day in the company on 05.09.22 was characterized by the execution of our traditional Azubi-QUIZ' with questions around the company. The group then received a detailed insight into our KAIZEN culture with many practical experiences and aha experiences on the following day.
We are very happy about our new trainees and their successful start and wish them all a great START in their professional life!
