Live-Show from the trade fair to production
After the FAKUMA trade fair had to take a forced break last year due to Corona, the 27th FAKUMA plastics trade fair took place again this year. Because of a good hygiene and safety concept, nearly 1,500 exhibitors presented their international offerings in the field of plastics processing. During the five days of the trade fair, nearly 30,000 visitors informed themselves about the latest technologies in the industry.
Gebrüder Schwarz was once again represented at the trade fair with a joint stand of the wvib and presented deep insights into the company with a unique concept. Thus, our trade fair visitors were able to participate in a virtual company tour in real operation through an interactive live show. The following areas were presented:
- Assembly department with automated joining processes and standard workstations for the production of complex assemblies.
- Plastic injection moulding with fully automated processes - from parts production to camera inspection processes and packaging
- R&D as a problem solver with design, simulation and generative manufacturing
- Virtual showroom with practical examples from the fields of healthcare, automotive, measurement and electrical engineering, as well as environmental and energy technology.
In addition, the extensive service portfolio of SCHWARZ, as a competent partner in plastics technology, was presented. On the last day, all trainees had the chance to represent our company at the booth and visit exhibitors to learn about current trends in the plastics industry.
