17th >>starter<< training fair in Rottweil
On Friday, June 23, the "starter" training fair in Rottweil opened its 17th edition. 95 exhibitors from the fields of industry, services, trade and crafts presented themselves on 2 days to talk to people interested in training, students and parents. In the city hall, the stable hall, in the exhibition tent and on the open-air grounds, visitors and companies could get to know each other intensively and discover their apprenticeship professions. SCHWARZ also offers a variety of apprenticeships and study programs:
- Process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology m/f/d
- Precision mechanic m/f/d
- Mechatronics technician m/f/d
- Warehouse logistics specialist m/f/d
- Industrial clerks m/f/d
- IT system management clerks m/f/d

With a successful trade show appearance, our agile team, consisting of trainees and instructors, was able to make many new contacts and promote the training as a SCHWARZ worker. Those who have not yet gathered enough information or would like to take an even deeper look behind the scenes at SCHWARZ can "experience training up close" on 20. "Giving young people the opportunity to get in touch directly with people responsible for training, to find out about apprenticeships and career opportunities, and to gain insights into the companies is elementary for the career choice process," says Kathrin Meboldt, head of training at SCHWARZ.
