Volunteer-friendly employer
Gebr. Schwarz GmbH demonstrates its clear commitment to volunteerism and thus makes an important contribution to ensuring that volunteers involved in civil protection can reliably go out on missions. For this, SCHWARZ, represented by volunteer employees and Managing Director Danny Schwarz, was honored on 26. October 2023, in the Neckarhalle in Villingen-Schwenningen.
"The honorees take responsibility - this keeps volunteerism strong in Baden-Württemberg," said Interior Minister Thomas Strobel, who presented the award together with City Fire Chief Frank Müller and Mayor Christian Ruf of the City of Rottweil.
The occasion for the award was the distinction of "volunteer-friendly employer in civil protection". This award is presented annually by the state of Baden-Württemberg to companies that support their employees in their voluntary work in civil protection. This enables employees to go into action immediately in emergencies, for example.
