Company tour provides interesting insights
On March 22 and 23, 2022, the SCHWARZ team invited to the presentation of apprenticeships. Already during the training fair "Starter" last October, students and parents could register their interest.
First-hand information was provided by our trainees. They presented their apprenticeship professions and contents very clearly and were thus able to offer the interested parties an initial orientation for their career choice.
Afterwards, the visitors had the opportunity to talk to our trainers and the management over a small snack. In particular, our technical apprenticeships such as "process mechanic", "precision mechanic" and "mechatronics technician" were in the focus and first contacts were made to carry out an internship.
Of course, the winners of our raffle on the occasion of the Starter Fair also had a chance to win. The first prize - a wish voucher and a powerbank - as well as the second prize - a Bluetooth speaker - were personally handed over to the winners.
With the subsequent company tour, students and parents were able to get an overview of the core competencies of the SCHWARZ company. Comprehensive insights were provided into the company's divisions of toolmaking, series production, assembly, logistics and quality management. In addition, this was also a good opportunity to once again address training focal points of the professions offered on site.
