Corporate success through networking
Networking companies are more successful as a lone fighter. For this reason, Schwarz get involved with the IHK network "Technology Mountains". As part of the Mountains Tour 2016, Gebr. Schwarz has opened the doors on May 09th and contributed to an interchange between different industries and branches. The intention of this series event is to achieve that experts give an insight of their expertise and represent the company’s business environment.
More than 25 members from different industries have taken the opportunity to inform themselves at Gebr. Schwarz on the subject of plastic injection molding. With a keynote speech, Andreas Artmayer - head of R & D, gave an insight into the latest trends in plastic technologies. He highlighted in particular the development in "Rapid Tooling" and additive manufacturing technologies. Both methods have been successfully tested in Schwarz and become regular applied.
Zlatko Roginic in his role as production manager has vividly illustrated by its contribution to preventive maintenance in plastic injection molding, the potentials and growth rates in terms of machine availability.
Finally the participants were invited to a company tour to get an overview of Schwarz production portfolio and performance during live production. That's the interesting point about this type of exchange - you look from a different perspective, thus recognizing new correlations and generate ideas for your own sphere of influence.
