Trainee excursion 2024
The new training year began in September. With a few exceptions, we were able to fill our apprenticeship positions again this year. For the first time, we were even able to recruit 2 trainees from Indonesia for our company.
To make the start of the new professional environment easier, we planned a trainee excursion right at the beginning. Together with the trainers and the ‘old-established’ trainees, we first organised a company tour of one of our customers in the medical technology sector. Among other things, this gave us the opportunity to familiarise ourselves with the field of application of the components manufactured by SCHWARZ and to put them into practice.
A trip to the beautiful city of Tübingen with an organised punting trip helped all the trainees to get to know each other better. Towards the end of the day, we headed back home, more precisely to the sports centre in Rottweil-Göllsdorf. This is where the team-building event took place to strengthen our community.
The successful day ended with refreshing drinks and a buffet.
