Fully power Digiscouts
The Digiscouts project is a showcase and flagship project for the region and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg). On 10 July, 44 trainees from 17 companies presented the results of their digitalisation projects at the IHK in Villingen-Schwenningen.
Trainees from a wide range of companies were given the unique opportunity to help shape the digital transformation in their companies. As part of a six-month project phase, trainees have the opportunity to identify digitalisation potential in their respective companies. The focus is on new digital solutions to improve company processes and make them more efficient.
Both Gebr. Schwarz as a participating company and the trainees benefit equally. The companies gain new impetus for optimisation and the trainees can influence the digital transformation of company processes. In our specific case, three of our trainees have digitised and revised the order confirmation process, saving resources and reducing sources of error.
The project was a complete success for us! We would like to thank our trainees and the intensive support provided by the IHK Schwarzwald Baar Heuberg team.
