Learn German at Schwarz
Since January, Gebr. Schwarz GmbH has been offering German courses to its foreign employees in cooperation with the Lerninsel / PROFED Rottweil educational institute.
A German teacher comes regularly to the company and now teaches colleagues in 5 courses and different language levels. For the optimal group composition, oral and written placement tests were first carried out. The contents of the language course are mainly based on company vocabulary and help employees to better understand work instructions and processes. It is not uncommon for the course participants and the German teacher to be directly at their workplaces and work out important technical terms together on site.
In addition to improving communication, the German courses also make an important contribution to integration. The participants have a lot of fun learning German and noticeable successes have already been.
