High stream of visitors at Gebr. Schwarz
It has been the 11th time that the “Starter” exhibition in Rottweil has taken place. The exhibition is dedicated to young people and offers an information platform for their future career. This event offers scholars and their parents the possibility to get into conversation with trainees and the training supervisors, to get information about internships, trainings and career opportunities, as well as to get informed about the company’s portfolio and to establish first contacts.
Beside 83 other designated exhibitors of industry, services, trade and craft, Gebr. Schwarz GmbH introduced their own competences to attract skilled young talents.
The Gebr. Schwarz exhibition team was represented by training supervisors and apprentices of all divisions and introduced the current training professions:
- precision machinist
- process technician
- mechatronics engineer
- industrial clerk/ industrial business management assistant
- skilled warehouse logistics
- DH mechanical engineering (B.Eng.)
The students could experience the job of a process technician out of first hand. As in previous years the fashion jewelry produced on site and the colorful Frisbees were highly demanded. Another huge attraction was the exposed 3D printer which enables production of complex parts in short time
The award ceremony of the competition will take place in house at Gebr. Schwarz GmbH in late summer. Interested scholars and parents are invited to a factory tour and to experience Schwarz.
